Large square paddock, two private grazing pastures, 60ft. round pen, regulation dressage arena and barn stalls with 12x15 ft. dimensions. Each stall has corner feeder, rubber stall mats with shavings, two hanging water buckets and stall fan. Blanket bar is located outside each stall. Concrete aisle way and wash rack with rubber mats. Room for horse trailers to be left on secured property while overnighters are residing in nearby hotel. Must supply your own feed and hay and have current Coggins (health certificate optional but preferred). Owners live on property within 50 feet of barn. Water hook up for LQ Trailers. Living quarters hook-up with electricity and water available for additional cost ($20). $30 per night per horse. Additional fees for extra shavings and LQ hook up for water.
